"I would give less stars if I could. After more than 20 years of being with this agent I could no longer take the nasty attitude of the women working in his office. It has really gone downhill over the years, used to be a pleasant office to deal with. I called in to do an address change and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and kept cutting me off. When I couldn't take it anymore I finally asked her to transfer me to someone else because she was being rude and cutting me off. She got an even nastier attitude and transferred me to another woman whose attitude matched the first. I guess she was going to be rude in honor of her office buddy. She told me my address change would take weeks to process and wouldn't tell me if my rate was going to change or not. I left the call with a bad feeling in my stomach and the next day I contacted a local agent where I moved and found out that the women at this office had changed my insurance and removed some stuff. I will be filing a complaint with the state about this, it feels very illegal to make changes to someone's insurance without their permission or even advising them that you are making changes. Thank goodness I trusted my gut. The new aState Farm gent is amazing, super helpful and even got me a great rate on renters insurance for my new place. RUN as far as you can away from this office unless you want to deal with a bunch of rude, catty women who think they can speak to you however they want and do whatever they want to your policy."
